Adjustable elastic comes pre-tied and ready to be re-tied to fit your child's foot.
How to Re-Tie Elastic
1. Place shoe on foot
2. Untie elastic
3. Tighten/loosen as desired (You want the elastic to be snug but not uncomfortably tight.)
4. Re-tie elastic while keeping it snug.
5. Trim the ends to approximately 1/4" and tuck in the knot in the hole in the heel.
